Marina Moshkova is a Russian animation director born in 1987. After
studying at the Academy of the Arts of St. Petersburg, she becomes a storyboard
artist on the film “The Sun” by Alexander Sokurov (nominated for Berlin Golden
Bear). She then enters the prestigious St. Petersburg State University of
Cinema, where she specializes in animation. In 2009, she is elected best
student of the year. Her animation short film In scale has been selected and won prizes in several international
film festivals.
